Two things to discuss
Hello again and thanks for taking the time to read the blog! I have two things I want to discuss today. First,
we will be launching a take out and delivery service in Florence, MA sometime in November. The menu is done and it looks
exciting. Lots of fresh, healthy, and tasty offerings which we think are just different enough from what you'll
find around town. We'll be getting a phone line installed in our kitchen to use for both catering calls and take
out. Check out the "restaurant" page for a few menu teasers. We've been throwing around some name
ideas and so far we like "Cutlery Kitchen" as we are located in the Cutlery buildings. Let us know what you
think!
Secondly, I mentioned I may be doing some amateur restaurant critiquing on this site. As chefs, we
all believe we have educated palates and know good food so why not share our favorites with you! We will not be posting
bad reviews just because it is bad business sense. Believe me, there are plenty of those for this area though!
Maybe we can talk about those at the party we're catering for you! Enough of that. Noodles in Northampton.
Go there! I am in love with this little place occupying a tough spot on main street near Packards. The food is
great, fresh, healthy and delicious. Non-pretentious and small, its my kind of joint. Mostly serving Thai style
soups, noodles and rice bowls all for under 9 bucks! My choices so far (everything has been awesome so feel free to
order what you want) Lucky Salad Curry Rice Bowl Curry Noodle Soup Shrimp on the Rocks and you must
get the Summer Rolls...a larger version will mysteriously make its way onto our restaurant menu as a light healthy sandwich
very soon... Thanks for reading Chef Jeff
